I’ve been in Property Management for over a decade. What started out as motel cleaning, soon turned into motel management and from there into the residential sector.

Although I have “made it to the top” I have longed for those days just cleaning, jamming to my beats, and seeing a very visual representation of my hard work complete at the end of the day.

So I’m back where I began - only this time, I’m working for myself.

I’ve started this business with Property Managers in mind. I know exactly what they look for at exit inspections, and I know exactly what needs to be done. My sole ambition is to make their lives easier, no delays with bond refunds, no call backs, no hassles. Just reliable, great service. Simple as that.
