We are a mobile cleaning business, proudly servicing the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay regions, and weâre excited to welcome a new team member to our growing company. We specialise in bond cleaning, also providing domestic, builder and office cleaning services to our valued clients. From a skills perspective, youâll need to be able to download and use a simple app with fillable forms and job information. You will need to be physically able to keep up with the work we do - cleaning is a tough physical role. Youâll also need a drivers license and reliable vehicle able to transport equipment and yourself to job sites all over Brisbane North from Bowen Hills to Caboolture and surrounding areas, though are most commonly based in Moreton Bay regions. But most of all, you need passion, pride, and personality, to make each day a breeze!

In this role, our ideal candidate will work predominantly individually, taking on many of our domestic cleaning clients and completing the jobs autonomously. They will play a key role in maintaining in person relationships with clients, as well as fulfilling client requests. You will be supported by systems, processes and a fantastic team, giving you everything you need to excel in your role.

The hours are not guaranteed, but reliable employees are offered more hours. The amount of hours offered to you depends on your availability and performance.
The starting award pay rate is $31.21/hour, however pay reviews are frequent, depending on performance. Junior rates are applied to those under 21 years of age.
We are happy to be flexible with days and hours! Please feel free to discuss your limitations. Otherwise the hours can be anywhere from 6am - 6pm, but are different day to day.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Client Interactions
a) Greet customers warmly, maintain a friendly demeanor and be smiling. Always be well presented
b) Whenever a customer is present, must hold a brief conversation to build rapport and trust
c) Able to cut conversation politely in order to get to work
d) Able to speak to client directly onsite with any questions or concerns
e) Able to âupsellâ â suggest items they may want to add time for to get cleaned at a subsequent booking, advise client on mould, etc. and educate on how to prevent issues
2. General Cleaning
a) Must start the day on time (able to take into consideration traffic delays)
b) Clean to a high standard;
c) Picking up items off the floor, bench tops, tables to ensure all spaces are cleaned,
d) Itâs not just what is visible, but doing behind and around house items, e.g. most cleans will be vacuum, mop, vacuum again and then dry mop (dry mop each time)
e) Follow all instructions that are given during induction training, upholding these standards 100% of the time
f) Complete checklists every shift and submit them correctly
g) Must double check quality of the clean at least once before leaving the job
h) All cleaning activities â bathroom, kitchen, dusting, floors, special items as needed
i) Ensure all stock levels are maintained
j) Keep all equipment and stock clean and stored correctly
3. Reporting and Communication
a) Consistent reporting on jobs â changes on site, discussions with client
b) Complete and submit checklists every shift
c) Submit requests for stock in advance. Refer to restock protocol for when it needs to be noted on the checklist
d) Report delays promptly
e) Report hours same day
