Bond Inclusions

A standard bond clean includes all general internal cleaning. Prices are based on the assumption that the property has been regularly cleaned during occupancy. Excessive cleaning required as a result of neglect and failure to maintain will incur additional costs.

Walls, doors, frames, skirtings, windows, blinds, cabinetry, built in appliances, light and fan fittings, plumbing fixtures and floors throughout are included.

We do not offer rubbish removal services.

We do not offer carpet cleaning or pest control services however we recommend Protector Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control - call Danny on 0411 424 818.

All external cleaning is considered an optional extra and is only included if requested at the time of booking. Prices are provided with our quotes.

Screen mesh is dusted internally, exterior windows and walls are not included unless requested. External window washing is available for low set homes only for $66.

High pressure washing is available at $66/hour.

We give no guarantee on grout cleaning. We recommend asking your carpet cleaner about heavy duty steam cleaning for tiled floors if there is severe discolouration.

We do not provide mould cleaning services. Light surface mould is generally wiped over, but reappearance, or any inability to remove is not covered under our guarantee.

We offer no guarantee on smoke damaged walls as cleaning can peel the paint.

External areas and rooms which are exposed to the elements are not provided with a guarantee as weather is beyond our control.

Walls are spot cleaned only; full wall washing may be requested and is roughly $55/room.

Ceiling cleaning is not included, it is recommended that you check your property before vacating and spot clean as needed. Due to the standard quality of paint used on ceilings and the lack of proper prepping and coats, we do not offer any cleaning in this area.

Blinds are spot cleaned, but aged blinds are difficult to spot clean without causing damage, and full cleaning is not included.

Venetian blinds require additional time to clean every individual panel and incur an additional fee of $11/blind.

Curtain cleaning is not included - we recommend having them washed professionally at a dry cleaner if they are unsuitable for a standard washing machine, or steam cleaned by your carpet cleaner.
