Whole doors (including hinges, handles, door stops, frame) skirting boards, high fixtures, air conditioning, wardrobes, blinds, windows/window frames, sliding doors, walls, wardrobe/cupboards, light fittings, fans, floors.
Spot clean of roller blinds is included in base prices. Vertical blinds, venetian blinds, and plantation shutters incur an additional cost. Additional costs may incur for multiple/large windows & glass sliding doors. Hand cleaning of windows is included, with external pressure washing available at an additional cost. Spot cleaning of walls is included in base prices, with wall washing available at an additional cost. End of lease carpet cleaning is not a service that we currently offer. For this service, we recommend Protector Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control.
Full deep cleaning of appliances (oven, dishwasher, stove, rangehood, microwave, etc), all cupboards, pantries, drawers (including runners/handles), & kitchen islands, sinks, taps, bins, splashbacks, & countertops.
Note: Kitchen pricing is based on size & design of your individual kitchen. Photos may be required before providing a finalised quote
Shower head, walls/tiles, shower screens, soap dishes, basins, drains, splashbacks, mirrors, bathtubs, toilet (interior & external), exhaust fans, towel/roll holders, vanity, and skirting tiles.
Tub, sink, tap, & dryer.
Wall washing, light clean or pressure washing of external areas & windows, & garage clean.
- Excessive cleaning required as a result of residents failure to regularly clean areas such as oven and shower screens will incur additional costs.
- We do not offer rubbish removal services.
- We cannot provide end of lease carpet cleaning or pest control services.
- Pressure washing and external services are available upon request, however are not a standard inclusion.
- We do not provide a guarantee on grout cleaning.
- We offer no guarantee on ceiling cleaning or smoke damaged walls as cleaning can peel the paint.
- We do not provide curtain washing or steam cleaning services.
- We require upfront payment before confirming a booking date.
