Domestic Cleaning

2 Hour Minimum $160 (suitable for small lowset, preferably 1 bathroom)

3 Hour Package $225 (suitable for a standard lowset, 4 bed, 2 bath style home)

4 Hour Package $290 (suitable for larger, two storey, or 3 bathroom homes)

Additional Hours $70/hour

Please note the following:

*We do not offer any washing, folding, or ironing services.

*We can only use our own equipment and chemicals for insurance and workplace health and safety reasons.

*Non-standard areas (i.e., large bathrooms, outside bathrooms, outside front entrance, etc) must be made aware to our team so we can accommodate extra time and alter the price, otherwise they will not be completed. If you don't wish for the area to be included let us know.

*High fixtures – price may be altered for non-standard fixtures requiring more time.

*All cleaning services are based on a 1 Bathroom Lowset house – larger houses require more time and may incur additional costs which would be discussed prior to service, or lack of time may result in a lesser quality service.

*All cleans are worked out with a set timeframe, if the condition of the areas to be cleaned is excessively dirty or in poor state, the result may not be as good as expected.

*All cleaning services mentioned are subject to accessibility – furniture and/or clutter in the way may hinder our ability to clean an area properly.

Kitchen:

·         Wipe over all benchtops and splash back (items moved and cleaned beneath/behind within reason)

·         Wipe over of small appliances on benchtops

·         Clean microwave inside and out

·         Wipe over of external cupboards

·         Clean and polish sinks and tap (when empty)

·         Wipe over of exterior of fridge

·         Wipe over of exterior of oven

·         Clean stove top

·         Clean exhaust fan and filters

Bathroom/s:

·         Clean shower inside and out and polish screen/s

·         Clean bath including tiling around

·         Clean bench tops

·         Wipe over of external cupboards

·         Clean and polish sink/s and tap/s

Toilet/s:

·         Clean and sanitise toilet (including base of toilet)

Bedroom/s:

·         Tidy bed/s

Throughout:

·         Floors vacuumed and mopped

·         Wipe over hard surfaces/furniture

·         Wipe over of power points and light switches

·         Wipe over of windowsills

·         Wipe over of door handles

·         Cobwebs removed

·         Skirting boards dusted

Full Bathroom with detail shower cleaning $70

Full Kitchen with detail oven/stove/rangehood cleaning $140

High fixtures (fans, air conditioners, light fittings) Starting from $70

Windows $20 per standard window, $30 per large window (includes tracks)

Sliding Doors $20 per panel (standard $40, 3 panels $60, etc.)

Walls – Spot Cleaning Throughout Starting from $70

Walls – Full Washing $40/room (bedroom, living, hallway, etc.)

Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning - $30 approx. per lounge or bedroom

External Pressure Washing Starting from $40/half hour

At any time, pay for 10 services and receive one FREE service.
